1. Access the form from the public review website by clicking the “Submit a comment” link located at the beginning of each proposed change (web page or PDF file).
  2. Each comment form submitted must include:
    • your name
    • your email address
    • your region
  3. Submit one comment form per proposed change. If you are commenting on more than one proposed change, use the comment form associated with each proposed change.
  4. All comments must be received no later than 11:59 pm PDT on April 29, 2024. Only comment forms submitted online will be accepted.
  5. Supplementary documents sent by email to Codes.publicreview@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca (PDF format only) or mail, must include your name, email address, and the proposed change form submission number for tracking purposes.
  6. In submitting a comment form and attachments, you are thereby giving permission for the information submitted, including your name, region and affiliation (if provided) to be circulated to code development committee members, included in publicly accessible meeting agenda material, and stored in federal records.
