Volunteer code development committees usually meet at least four (4) times a year and conduct their business in English. Task groups, which are established on an as-needed basis, meet at the call of their Chairs. Their business is conducted in English. The <a href=\"\/en\/about-the-cbhcc\/\">Advisory Council on Harmonized Construction Codes<\/a> meets twice a year, or additionally at the call of the chair.<\/p>\n<p>Meetings may be held in person or virtually. In-person meetings rotate between locations across Canada to encourage public attendance and participation by Code users.
